Disclosures
How the site will make money, written down before any of it starts.
Right now
Tank & Breaker has no ads, no paid placements, no lead referrals and no affiliate links. Nobody pays us to mention a product, a brand or a company.
Affiliate links (not active yet)
Later, some parts links may be affiliate links. If you buy through one, the store pays us a small commission and your price stays the same. Each one will be marked "Affiliate link" right where it appears. A commission never decides which part a page tells you to buy.
Quotes from local pros (not active yet)
Later, some pages may let you ask for a quote from a local pro. The pro, not you, would pay us for the referral. The form will say who gets your details before you send anything. A referral deal never changes what a page says you can safely do yourself.
Reviewers
We don't link to our trade reviewer's company, and a review is never tied to a referral or affiliate deal. See reviewers and our editorial policy.
